I cannot tolerate "diet pills"... the caffine is too much, and gives me BAD headaches, and they don't suppress appetite at all. Thanks for any info you may have

I take Hoodia and i haven't had any side affects.
Green Tea is actually better though. I haven't lost a lot of weight with Hoodia and sometimes i think i control my own appetite better than it does! I paid $40 bucks for a 30 day supply and the only reason i still take it is so i won't be waisting the money i spent. Also i bought the chewable kind that taste like chocolate so it does help me with those cravings.
Getting your body use to eating better and exercise will help you in the long run. If you need an energy kick try the Green Tea!
I do not honestly believe Hoodia is the magic supplement most diet pill manufacturers make it out to be. I did try though this green tea with Hoodia pill pack from CVS and it was only around $6 and it really did lower my appetite but didn't give me that nervous stomach feeling. When I'm trying to lose a few pounds though they help me through those first few days of my body being angry about taking away the french fries lol.
Hoodia is a fairly new diet supplement. At the moment, there are no known side effects, but as is with many non-FDA approved supplements, they can have long term health issues that aren't known about yet. They're predicting possible liver problems.
