Off to surgery I go....please think about me today

I am starting to get really nervous about this now. Her brother posted 1 update right after the surgery & it sounded like she had a rough time with her vitals at first. Since then nothing & we are going on a week. I want to stay positive but the longer there is silence at this point the more worrisome it is gonna get.

lets just hope "no news is good news" In her situation, away from home and we dont know if her brother was local to where she was admitted. Ive got a good feeling that her spunk and fiestiness will bring her back here as soon as she is able.

I have faith that UGA is gonna pull through this just fine..I agree with @teresita that no news, is good news and will remain positive about her situation until where told otherwise...

Does anyone know the hospital she is in? If so and you know her real name, maybe the most basic information could be obtained?

The only thing we know is she was 10 hrs from where she lived in Georgia, that is a lot of area, no idea what direction. She spoke of going to Fla for a cruise but that was going to be with her daughter and her girls werent with her at the time. So anywhere from the Carolinas to Florida or Alabama, anyone's guess. She only had her phone also to get online. Lots of scenarios that would be keeping her from us but it is all in her best interest to heal. I bet we hear something by the end of the month.

I am sorry. I have been too drugged to log on. Got home two days ago and literally have had no energy to move.

I am ok I did an update post. I was in Florida headed to my aunts to help her for two weeks when I started my slurring. We did find issue for hernia which was a cyst I have had my entire life on my head.

Thank you all for thoughts. I still have long road. and my typing is slow. My brain functions faster than my body at momet so I can't answer each post. But I will go back and read I promise.

@VictoriaIvy, a lot of us decided after Betsky passed, to give personal info to someone we trust in case we go missing without a head's up. Since then, it seems like everyone's been good about letting the board know when they're not going to be around for a while.

Then there was the scare with UGAgal and no one had her info. All of us with anxiety issues kinda freaked for a few weeks. LOL!!

I haven't said much but followed the thread. So glad you are home. It is hard to read some of the personal threads after we lost Betsky but I'm getting back to it slowly.
Take care of you and know you are missed and cared about. This forum is so much more than just a pharmacy forum. Makes me glad DB closed.

I think about you everyday! Been a hard year. I see light at the end of tunnel. When we lost betsky my life was not well and it was hard to come here and offer support or just chit chat.
