Orphenadrine and Wellbutrin?

If you take 400mg a day of Wellbutrin, and you took 100mg of Orphenadrine, would there be any negative reaction?

Wellbutrin is an anti-depressant and a stop smoking aid, Orphenadrine is a pain and spasm medicine. Probably no danger of neg reactions.
