tussin dm has 10 mg of dextromethorphan and 100mg of guaifenesin

Hydrocodone is 500mg

orphenadrine 100mg

Technically yes.. it shouldn't cause any emergency situations. However, I would recommend you drop the Tussin DM, and Orphenadrine.

The Hydrocodone is not 500mg's.. you are reporting the other ingredient,.. Acetaminophen which is 500mg's. I assume your Hydrocodone is 7.5 or 10mg's. At any rate, if this is for Cough and Pain -- the Hydrocodone will be sufficient.

The Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant and a sedating one at that.. the gauifenesin is an expectorant but isn't necessary.

If you must, you can take the Hydrocodone + Orphenadrine, although I would lower the Orphenadrine to 50mg's if possible, due to the potentiating effects and synergy they have.

I'm more concerned with the Tussin in combination with the others than the other two together.
