Have any of the following been associated with lichen planus... methocarbamol, acidophylus, glucosamine
Would welcome any information on cases where the discontinuance of any substance reduced or got rid of the symptoms of lichen planus.

Acidophilus is said to be used to treat lichen planus symptoms. The live bacteria in acidophilus is said to flatten the lesions and stop the itching.

On the other hand, none of the 3 substances you've mentioned were associated to having caused lichen planus in individuals. You may want to look for other possible causes like other medications, stress, etc.
