Yes. The maximum dosage of methocarbamol is 750mg every 4-6 hours or 1500mg three times a day. And it is generally fine to use with Tylenol.
Keep in mind, I have NO IDEA what, if anything else, you are taking or your personal medical history. This advice is GENERIC and should be taken as such.

In Canada it has Tylenol. in the meds already. They don't have have pure Roboxin anyway I know cause I just came from Canada and it in OTC too

I always felt methocarbamol was totally useless as a muscle relaxer, especially for back pain. I've never felt any relieve or anything really of them. I'd much rather go for flexeril when my back is acting up. I want to try Soma real bad but my doc won't prescribe them to me as she already gives me valium to control back spasms as needed, and truthfully, I'd rather have that since I don't need it every day anyway.

when i injured my back recently i was first prescribed methocarbamol along with the pain meds. i felt no sedative effects at all. i didn't register how well they were working until i ran out. they now have me on zaneflex. it too is very effective but def has a sedative effect. which i do think the sedative effects help alot. plus the methocarbamol made me very thirsty and it made my urine dark and smelly as well as kicked my BO into high gear and i stank. the zaneflex doesn't have the negative effects on me anyway.
