my neck is really cramped and i cant move it. if i do it spazes up and hurts. what is a good muscle relaxant?

this has happened to me, it lasted on me for over a week! It was HORRIBLE! i think it was one of the most painful things i've ever experienced. i literally could not move. i went to the dr approx 4 days after it started, and he put me on flexeril, and then a pain killer as well (which i can't remember what it was). hope you feel better!!!!
