When I let my dog out last night I fell over the hose in the front yard. It was not such a big deal last night but today my neck muscles are tight and in pain. I need to get some soma or some type of muscle relaxant any ideas. I don't have any medical ins.
The real question is where are you going to go to get some laxitives when the other drugs constipate you. Stay drug free and use a hot compress. I take a tube sock and fill it with dry rice and put it in the microwave for five minutes...the rice retains the heat really well AND it will conform to the back of your neck!
only a doctor can prescribe muscle relaxants. but if you have no insurance, why not go to the drugstore, and buy ibuprofen liquid gels- they have an anti-inflamitory in them, and the liquid gels dissolve real fast and get in your system quick. take 2 every 4 to 6 hours, it should help. my hubby uses them when he has sore muscles. good luck.
