do muscle relaxants (lorazepam/clonezepam) decrease muscle mas.thye make me weaker ..n seem to take lessen dif

they lessen my arms definition n stuff..need them for anxiety

No; they don't decrease muscle mass. They relax you which will make your muscles less firm. When you're not taking them, your muscles go back to normal.
