Did anyone take zantac and maalox together while pregnant

Did anyone take zantac and maalox together while pregnant? I'm just wondering,if you did,what were the outcomes? I've got some killer heartburn today,and I had acid reflux before I got pregnant,and I'm just curious if anyone else has found this to be ok. I've not done it yet,seeking opinions.
My dr did already give me the ok on zantac,twice daily. It helps a lot actually,but some days,not enough.

I didn't take either while pregnant, but I had killer acid reflux too, and Mylanta helped me out a lot, you should try that. Tums and all that other stuff didn't do anything for me, but Mylanta worked really well.

Edit: Ah, I never got prescribed anything for mine. I don't think it should be a problem, but I would ask the doctor just in case.
