Has the manufacture stop making disopyramide? His pharmacy can't find it at any of their other pharmacies.

He was first told that his insurance wasn't covering the medication any longer. Then later on I was told the manufacture stopped making this medication. He has been without it for almost 5 days. His Dr. wasn't available on Wednesday and the Dr. on call never returned our call. We need help in finding out what exactly is going on. As far as I know, Disopyramide CR (Norpace CR) has been discontinued. I'm not sure if the ordinary disopyramide is still in the market.
