hypertensive patient used on tenormin for 25 yrs . before 10 days he felt chest pain,physician switched him to

capotin(captopril) 25 mg,on capotin he felt dizziness ,vomitting when he take capotin ,the physician give him cinnarizin25 mg the eposides disappeared,when he admitted to hospital he diagnosed as unstable angina..the patint entered ccu then dischrged to the medical eord as his case is improved but he's sleeping all the time ...what's the exaplanation of all of these problems?...a clincal pharmacist.
