I know I can't have grapefruits or grapefruit juices while taking verapamil. But I was wondering if it was OK to drink citrus sodas such as Squirt and Fresca because I think there may be some grapefuit juice or at least flavoring in them.
Best to check the label if the product contains grapefruit. Squirt contains less than 1% of grapefruit juice. Fresca has grapefruit flavoring to which I'm not sure if it would interact with verapamil. It would be better to avoid anything that has something to do with grapefruit altogether just to be sure.
