I know, it already says "growth" in the name. I'm 14 years old and 5'8". I am active (I play soccer and go to the gym). Very recently I have been doing hill sprints. I learned that hill sprints increase HGH. Since I'm 14 will this help me grow taller and not just build muscle and lose fat? Thanks!
Growing taller depends on your genes. No amount of anything will make you grow, taller, faster. Look at your father and grandfathers and you should have a good idea what your final height will be. Do like my youngest, at sixteen he was a shorty and then he took a spurt, 6' 6" at nineteen. Last year of growing twenty one, after that, you have to accept your height.
