Warfarin and perspiration problems?

Following PE (pulmonary embolism), I have to take Warfarin (anti-coagulant) for at least 6 months.

Deodorant/anti-perspirant that used to work (including Certain Dri and other crystal deodorant) no longer work.

Is there anybody with similar experience that could recommend an anti-perspirant ?

It may seem extreme but Botox has been known to stop the sweating.
My client said it really worked for her.
