i have a similar situation where i will need lovenox injections once i become pregnant. when you have these antibodies it does make it harder to conceive. i was not satisfied with my ob's answer and i went to a fertility specialist. i had two miscarriages 6 months apart. and we tryed every month so it did take a little while. I would suggest going to a fertility specialist i found this doctor i will attach the link who is a fertility specialist in LA you can email hime questions and he answers in about 48 hours. ps he told me that i should be on the injection while i am trying to concieve for the best results
