Are bentonite, kaolin and CMC (Carboxymethyl cellulose) harmful for the skin?

I have a product from Thailand called A Bonné (Abonne) Spa Milk Salt. It is used as a whitening body scrub.

Some of the ingredients of this particular product I stated above are alien to me so I am asking about it here.
