sleeping tablets and atenolol?

I have trouble with noisey neighbours and need to have something to help me sleep while i wait for the council to deal with them, i went to boots and asked what i could take and they gave me sleepeaze 25mg. i didnt think i could take them, im sure i was told not to before but two people there said its fine. now im worried what i should do.the iingredient is diphenhydramine hydrochloride 25mg would this be ok?

u know just take melatonin or the voyager.... its good for ur health at the same time.....
