If you're asking if warfarin can cause bleeding gums, then the answer is YES, it is one of the drug's side effects. Gum bleeding may occur when the gums get irritated either by plaque, tartar or even simply brushing your teeth can hurt the gums. Normal gums are firm and would not bleed during brushing. Inflamed gums and those taking anticoagulants or have vitamin K deficiency are less resistant even to the slightest trauma thus bleeds upon slight provocation.
