Hello @neverenough, I doubt you will receive a reply soon, most of the forum users are from USA and GB, I think. Fortunately, I think there are quite a few worldwide sources for most medicines.

Default Tokyo SUCKS for obtaining gear, but it is doable

1drug is good, actually, but Japanese authorities have really come down hard even on local pharmacies who bring your medicine on a bicycle. Imagine every IOP on the 'net disappearing overnight...That's pretty much what happened in Japan, with three exceptions: Iga Province, Koga Province, and the Hokkaido district of Tokyo.

Long story short: Iga and Koga prefectures were overrun with ninjutsu ryu (schools), but also entire villages of ninja families living together in a clan. Word back then was you couldn't swing a stick without hitting a ninja (probably unwise) just back from his or her training with the masters in Iga or Koga, and desperately seeking to put his skills to use. These provinces today still control an enormous amount of prestige (tinged with a hint of fear) and political power (which knows no fear). Oh, I'll bet there aren't more than three or four ninja ryu remaining, and 17-year olds are more likely to be seen leaning against buildings than crab-walking up and down a 100 foot slope ALL day, and they like that just fine. These descendants of the original ninja clans still take their training very seriously, they've simply found more effective training methods. They have cell phones, they drive sports cars, they have no clue what is in their massive portfolios, and trust funds, and fixed interest annuities..but they can verbally recite every piece of their blackmail materials directed at a member the National Diet.

Ninjas actually enjoy very few assets. Their trust funds, for example, are divided up between the entire clan. They really like money, though, they are grateful to have the infuence they carry in the Diet, and they are cognizant of the limits of their power - with blackmail there's always a choice.

They also like drugs, for various reasons. Remember, along with the Jesuits, the ninja were the first self-taught chemists, biologists, and doctors.

So, if you know anyone in Iga or Koga, ask and ye shall receive.

Hokkaido is a little different, and if given some thought more horrible than the idyllic communities of Iga and Koga. Here is where the Yakuza clans make thee rare agreements annually. The oyabuns have a lot to do, and need to do it quickly, so they eat a polite lunch in a building that couldn't even be recognized as a restaurant...because it's not. The best sushi, sashimi, and udon chefs will be catering everything.

During one of these lunches, one of the oyabun noticed that there was a section on the dock that stood empty -- warehouses, forklifts, shelving and all, and the four of them bought the buildings and property at 25% shares.

These guys probably aren't the ones you talk to. Or their minions for that matter - I was pretty ashamed when one of my buddies was there , he got drunk and without even a gesture, sort of a longing look at a lady, he stared at what he knew was certain death when a short, stocky man stepped in front of him. Oh, don't worry, he's fine -- ambulance to the hospital, stitched up nicely, shipped to the 10th SF Group at Bad Tolz (did I mention he was a Special Forces Sergeant First Class?), so he could sit there and wonder what happened to him (neither of us saw movement, noticed nothing until he cried out in pain and a huge gout of blood burst forth from his right side, around the 5th rib), and, well, be invisible. He's retired in San Antonio, owns pizza joints, and tries to be invisible.

So if Iga and Naga and Hokkaido control the drugs and the money where's a guy to get some D-bol, or EQ, or Deca, or Test? I'm embarrassed to say it's the same place you buy pot, or a bump or two, or MDMA. Be very careful with street purchases. However, if you are set on making a purchase, try going to SHIBUYA (Tokyo shopping and entertainment district) and talk to the middle-easterners standing by the corner of jewelry shop across SAKURAYA.

They got some gear for sure, but price and quality varies.

    Hi, my first post here
Finally i found a forum which actually has a sub-section for Japan!

Anyway I am on my 3rd year living in Kyushu, and after a lot of research and getting close to doctors, its actually a nice country if you can speak the language good enough.
First, its quite easy to get whatever Benzo (there are who knows how many Benzodiazepines that are marketed ONLY in Japan)
I got Alrazolam, Flutoprazepam and Brotizolam(good for sleeping only) on my first visit...
2nd For Opioid Analgesics , unfortunately the best you can get is Tramadol, except if you really have a serious problem.. Actually i got my doctor to prescribe me Pregabalin which I'm on the first week, battling with the next-day hangovers it brings..)

Now, for using IOPs I haven't heard any bad experiences, and I am using one based on Phillipines(SL)with no problems and delivery of 7-10 days. (is it ok to post names of iops heres?

Also, I've been using various Japanese IOPS which you must know the language to get thru, but they are decent for stuff like Soma, Trams, maybe even steroids.
I ordered 2 times from there, most of the drugs not on sale in Japan are shipped from HK, or Singapoure, I got 2/2 orders from HK with a tracking number and in 7-8 days, legit products.

Anyway if there is anything more particular you need to ask feel free to :>

    Hi,
I'm also living in Japan (Tokyo) and have successfully ordered generic Xanax but my IOP has gone AWOL. Looking for another supplier I came across posts about how if customs intercepts the package of Xanax, you could be in big trouble (like if someone sent you a letter full of weed). Do you have any idea if this is true or if they X-ray incoming packages? I heard Oz X-rays almost everything.

    Cheers!

I know its not japan but In Hong Kong, Dihydrocodeine is regulated under Schedule 1 of Hong Kong's Chapter 134 Dangerous Drugs Ordinance. It can only be used legally by health professionals and for university research purposes. A pharmacist can dispense Dihydrocodeine when furnished with a doctors prescription. Anyone who supplies the substance without a prescription can be fined $10000 (HKD). The penalty for trafficking or manufacturing the substance is a $5,000,000 (HKD) fine and life imprisonment. Possession of the substance for consumption, without a licence from the Department of Health, is illegal and carries a $1,000,000 (HKD) fine and/or 7 years imprisonment.

Yes, it seems everything here is X-Rayed but a surprising amount gets through.

The one I have had best results from is in Singapore : Robert at buy-pharma .com - only for unrestricted meds though.
