As Benway said, there are a lot of sources, we need more specifics =). All I can say is stay away from the Netherlands, you'll probably never see any of those parcels actually make it to your doorstep.

Serbia and Bosnia was the big deal for benzos because - that's what a source told me -during and immediately after the war they sold like iced ones in summertime + OTC, good and cheap. I don't know if it's still the case, but there are still some around, though my old proven ones seem to have disappeared and those who have hook-ups there must be feeling better off keeping them for themselves.
