Prob pick "up at agent" but I will let you know that MG online is from what I hear, not reliable. I was tempted to use it my first time but read some posts about it and the experience online was not all that great. Go to the nearest MG location and use the "Red Phone". It is more reliable. Have all your information ready! Don't forget to make sure the agent has the names spelled correctly...very important! And the most important thing that I did not know "neeeewbie mistake" you must pay in cash...not credit card not debit card...cash. Good luck!

I always use pick up at agent, @justinlegacy I have had my fair share of problems with Moneygram online so far I have had to file 2 charge backs on my CC.
just an fyi for anyone who doesn't already know always use a CC when sending money via WU or moneygram that way if you get ripped off you can file charge back.

@adillonm15 Yes someone will take the payment. Go up to the front desk and let them know you just sent a money gram![]()

Selecting 'pickup at agent' is probably your best bet unless instructed otherwise. I just learned the hard way that the bancomer option doesn't work for some pharmacies and they won't be able to process you order. You can't call moneygram and change it either. You have to cancel your moneygram and start over.

i have never tried but i believe you are mistaken. the charge would be from WU or MG. they gave you what you paid for. how can you dispute that?.......i guess you could tell them you bought fake pills and then they would understand.......just kiddin but yeah, i doubt you would win a dispute with them seeing as they did the service you paid for.

I've worked with the OP in question multiple times and the advice above is fairly correct. You check the box that says something like "pick up at agent". I also tried to use moneygram online the first time I used that OP, and although I was able to create an account and verify my identity by answering credit report related questions, they transaction was rejected. At first it seemed like it would go though and had a pending status, but about ten minutes later it said the transaction was not approved and I had to go to an agent.
