I just ordered for the first time from P4U. At the end of the order process I got a screen that said something like "you will be notified within 24 hrs if your payment is processed whether the order is approved or not" is this a normal step to their ordering process? I know that my visa card is good, with plenty of a balance to cover the order. The first two times I tried to order with P4U, the payment wouldn't process at all, even though there was plenty of money: both times.

This time I got an order number, but also the message that I will be notified in 24hrs. No email confirmation of the order this time. The first two tries, the email said that the payment couldn't process.

The other company I have ordered from recently says payment received and then I get an e-mail confirmation. The next day I get an email that the doc approved the order and it is shipping out......

I hope the order does go through, I only ordered one bottle.... nothing crazy I am just curious if this is a normal step in this companies ordering process. Any insight into this companies ordering process is appreciated in advance

    Happy Turkey Day to All!

I am a dork! I must have signed up with a different email than what I thought. They sent the confirmation to another box. MY BAD! have a nice laugh!!!

They're pretty reliable, I wouldn't worry too much about getting your order! Happy Thanksgiving to you too!

Yes, the 24 hour thing is new (and apparently not being well received) A tip, try and order early in the morning, the merchant will have a limit on number of transactions/amounts of transaction, and any that come after that will be declined. Before now, that wasn't a problem, because you'd know in 5 seconds if that were the case, but now there is a 24 hour wait, it's going to take at least a day to find out if your order is good to go, or whether you're back to square one.
The only time i've had a decline was when i'd tried at about 11.00pm, it was fine the next morning.

Relax, they just switched payment processors. The new payment processor requires a one-day hold on CC information.

I just re-ordered a few days ago. It took them two days to ship my order out after the payment was processed. But, I have a TN and it's on the way, and I am not worried. So, you shouldn't worry either.

    Happy, TGD

Thanks to all who replied! I have a TN now, and I am not concerned. The 24hr wait from placing my order was a little confusing the first time that I saw it. It did take about 24hrs to approve the order and then another 24 hrs to ship it. I received the TN in 2 days from ordering.

@grateful4wsp ,What is the reason behind the 24 hour approval?Do you think they are scouring intelligence concerning your identity?Technology these days never ceases to amaze me;The smartphones opened up a world of insecurity, and risk of your money stored electronically,to disappear right out from under you.P4u does have a good track record, but the idea of personal information going oversees, can make one wonder if it is worth the risk of compromised security.Research DHC before purchasing, since this is what is most popular from these folks; It is not anywhere near as potent as hydro or oxy,and constipation is imminent.Good reviews though,so good luck with them.
