    The order I placed with myscripts rx on the 10th is still listed as "assigned to customer service", which randomly sucks- this was the first time I had decided to try this vendor, and was hoping that they would come through because they were certainly the lowest-priced on the medication I order. Especially the shipping.

    I was forced to go back to the other supplier I use, who charges...a truly outrageous amount for shipping, but they are 100% reliable.

    I precer these sites to the cartadmin sites, who seem to want information that I cannot afford to give them (personal reasons), or HSN, who is only accepting mail-in money orders. I don't tend to plan ahead...I like my medication yesterday, unfortunately.

    My impression is that the surepharmacy sites had some sort of problem for approx 1-2 weeks and then yesterday, they apparently spent some time trying to get caught up a little. My order on goodcentsrx has been called into fedex, has a shipping label and is being picked up tomorrow and delivered on Tuesday. And I placed my order last Monday the 7th. Various people here who placed orders with various surepharmacy affiliates are seeing some movement on their orders and some are not yet.

    I feel sure that once the work week begins, they will catch up on the orders quickly. You will probably end up getting this order this week....but probably later in the week. I think Stevo1 placed an order for his wife on the day before you did (the 9th) and his is still assigned to customer service but someone else who ordered a bit earlier than that like I did also has his/her order being picked up by fedex tomorrow for Tuesday delivery.....so don't worry. I'm sure you will get your order by the end of this week.

    Fedex holds alot of packages. maybe you weren't home or didn't here them knock they never knock loud. Call the 800 number and tell them your tracking number

    Oh, for crying out loud....you added/edited your post as I was posting and I'd not seen it. Are you saying you had a fedex delivery on a Saturday? Had you paid for a Saturday delivery? I can't even remember if that's an option there. And I'm surprised by this as they seemed to be out of commission for about a week. When did you place your original order? Was it prior to the 7th/over a week ago?

    Looks like your order shipped the exact same time mine did. What day did you place your order initially? When mine wasn't even registering on a fedex tracking page, I was leery....but now that it's showing on a tracking page for pick-up tomorrow and delivery Tuesday, I feel quite certain the order will arrive.

    Apparently, in order to even show-up on a fedex tracking page, the pharmacy had to have called the package/order in to them, created a label and arranged for pick-up....so I feel certain this is a go now.

    My order from medsvianet was placed on the 6th with a delivery date on the 15th , surepharmacy isnt moving & still assigned to customer service- placed on the 8th, 2 orders due to the fact the site was down, looks like ( not 100% sure ) that medsvianet is up, surepharmacy is still down here - not moving & I never trust tracking #'s until they actually start to move, they are what you consider " temp. tracking #'s " so fingers crossed they are actually up & running but I dunno since its just Initiated at fedex & not moving but wait till tomorrow I guess , I liked & like these 3 companys & hope they follow through

    Ahh...so placed on the 6th...which would have been a Sunday and I placed mine the next day, Monday the 7th....so ours would have been right around the same time (as Sunday orders would be processed on Monday).

    I had talked to fedex one time and they told me that first, the shipper calls into fedex and creates a label and arranges for pick-up. Then it gets picked-up and their tracking page moves forward. So I consider it a done deal once an order gets picked up by them. Not 100% in terms of guaranteed date of delivery, as I've had packages held up due to being mis-routed, due to weather or plane problems, etc.....but never lost altogether. Once it's picked-up, it's in the hands of fedex.....and you will get it, though not always on the day arranged for.

    When I first got the email that my order had been shipped from goodcents on Saturday, the tracking number given was not even showing up at ALL on fedex tracking....and at that point I was quite leery. But once it showed up as having been called in and a label created on Sunday...I felt quite reassured. I feel pretty confident it will be picked up today......and I should get it by Wed. at the latest (pending any weather issues, etc.) I feel confident enough that I'm gonna go and get the money order today.

    What can be frustrating about fedex is that I've ordered something that shipped from a place not all that far from me....a neighboring state....yet they will send the package all the way...out-of-the-way...to Memphis, TN....in the totally opposite direction...to their main hub on the east coast, I guess. This is how they operate. Complete waste of fuel and time/work....not to mention increases the chances of problems....but it's how they work.
    There's nothing more frustrating than having something coming fedex that was picked up not all that far from you....sent all the heck the way to Memphis and have bad weather or a plane break-down cause it to not be delivered. The usps (or UPS, I'm pretty sure) don't operate exactly like this....although it's my understanding that express mail gets shipped long-distances on fedex planes/flights. That the usps has a contract with fedex for this....but that usps express packages have to wait in line after fedex overnight ones.....and in busy seasons, there might not be room left on the plane and the usps express ones may have to wait for the next plane....and won't arrive quite as fast as the fedex ones on the first plane do. I know someone who has a business and ships fedex, in addition to usps.

    I'm not sure what's going on with surepharmacy. Like I'd mentioned in an earlier post, there may be specific affiliate problems when it comes to catching-up in a timely manner (once the parent company issues were resolved...whatever they may have been) but it sounds to me like your medsvianet order will get picked up today for delivery tomorrow....just like mine should. Plus....you'd have had to cancel the surepharmacy one anyway....can't get two different scripts for the same medication from 2 affiliated sites.

    What's odd is that bevy123456, who posted here earlier, says that she ordered Thursday from goodcents, had her order shipped on Friday and it was delivered on Saturday (even though she'd ordered 2-day fedex, not Saturday delivery). I don't even think they have Sat. delivery as an option but I could be wrong. Regardless....if they do, it would likely be quite expensive and I'm stunned they'd do a Saturday delivery for someone who'd not specified or paid for it. Not to mention, for a person who ordered far AFTER other people who had been waiting for their orders to even move on the site. It had appeared to me that they were catching up....going from earliest orders to most recent....but then what reportedly happened to bevy (who I'm assuming is female...I apologize if I'm wrong)....doesn't make sense....and really surprises me.

    She's essentially saying that goodcents 1) let her cut in line/bumped her ahead of multiple customers who had ordered days earlier and 2) had her order delivered by fedex on a Saturday.
    Baffles the heck out of me.

    We'll both just check our fedex tracking pages later and I feel sure both our orders will have been picked up. I feel pretty confident about this now and think you should too...regarding your medsvianet order. And as soon as the fedex tracking page shows that your medsvianet order has been picked-up, I would go ahead and cancel that surepharmacy order.

    ADDED @ approx. 9:20 am. EST.....so far has not been picked-up by fedex but I believe goodcents ships from a pharmacy that is in the CST zone....so it would only be 8:20 am. there. Waiting for it to get picked up.....and once I see that, will go and get the money order. Just an update. Am checking ever few hours....will let you know when it gets picked-up....which I feel about 99% sure it will be. Keeping my fingers crossed.

    Goodcents offers Saturday delivery & the 2 others offer it also , as far as goodcents is they are down still for me , medsvianet gave me a tracking # so have to wait & see if its a " live " tracking # & moving for delivery tomorrow, Im unsure about it yet but will wait & see...

    also, they wont ( Fedex ) pick your package up until this evening & it wont show they picked it up on there website until sometimes after 9pm which sucks sometimes unless you have it held & I normally do.. so 8 more hrs Ill update you all lol

    Yeah, my goodcents order has not been picked-up by fedex yet. There have been occasions when goodcents got my order completed so quickly that within hours it had been shipped AND picked-up.....but I'm betting I'm not gonna see the page indicating pick-up until this evening. It's just been too crazy...with all their back-up of orders during the past week which their pharmacy must be scrambling to get ready for pick-up and then Mother's Day being a busy time for shippers.....I have a feeling I'm not gonna see any movement until later tonight.

    I don't like to go and get the MO until I see it's been picked up. I did go to the MAC machine....as I don't like to use it after dark.....and I can run to the 7-11 tonight or early tomorrow morning when I see it finally get picked up....with the cash and not have to stop at the bank.....which I'm hoping it will....as I can't imagine notifying fedex to pick-up and also list your order as "shipped" if it's not even ready to be picked-up today....wouldn't you agree?

    Then of course.....there's still no certainty it will arrive the following day once it's picked up. For me....it has to have left Memphis or there could be weather or plane problems. OR....it could suddenly show up at some hub or sorting station you've never seen before and you know it was either mis-sorted or there were plane problems....and tack on an additional day before you'll get the delivery. And....it IS pretty cloudy on the east coast and threatening to rain....that's never good in terms of flights to and out of Memphis.

    But, like you, I'm just waiting to see if it gets picked-up. If it somehow does not....then I'm gonna start to worry again.

    Ive had a few bad experiences with dead tracking #'s from 1 of these 3 companies so I never trust a tracking # until it is picked up, my order fron medsvianet on their site is saying " order completed " with a tracking # , Goodcents is just sitting there so Im not worried about cancelling it yet, I think for some reason they are only shipping to some if they are infact up & running, they are down for me & by now it would of been assigned to a physician or something & nothing still hangin' out with customer service, medsvianet sent me a approved email but not a tracking email but found my tracking # from the site, again I'll just play the waiting game, hopefully 1 of them are up & running

    I hate when situations suddenly occur that I've never seen before. I feel like on the one hand, since fedex IS showing a legitimate tracking page and showing it has having been notified of a pick-up that this is a positive sign. However, I did have one incident where an order was marked as shipped on the site and there was a fedex tracking page but the order never got picked up that day. Can't remember the details but it would not have likely been on fedex's end.....if they're notified to pick up, I'd be pretty sure they did....but the order just wasn't ready.

    Usually, though, if the site says it's shipped but it turns out they actually didn't have the package ready, the tracking # won't even show on fedex tracking....and it was probably not called in for pick-up (by the pharmacy to fedex) that day....and not until the next day. I have had a site mark it as "shipped" but fedex reported that it wasn't called for pickup until the next day.

    The fact that the order was called in for pickup and this is showing on fedex tracking is good. However....the fact that the different affiliates seem to all be doing different things...at different speeds....makes me nervous. It makes me nervous because their pharmacy has to be scrambling around like crazy trying to catch up on all the orders from all the different affiliates.....and this can cause mistakes to happen. I'm not gonna feel any confidence until this shows as being picked-up.

    Feel like I'm on tracking watch here.

    Well a few things I do know about Fedex & shipping is that Initiated means a label was created ( tracking # ) , its not a guarantee that its shipping BUT since yours is showing that & mine is also from a different site it could be ok , the 3 sites use the same DR & pharmacy & ship from the same place sooo 1 by 1 if ours ship I think all of them will be up & running soon, goodcents isnt working for me but it is for you, medsvianet is working for me, these are 2 out of 3 that are all " related "

    In just less than 6hrs I HOPE we will know Hope for the best & they are back

    Yes....that's my understanding too. At LEAST, when it is showing up on fedex, you do know that they're not just saying it's been shipped but haven't even called fedex yet for a pick-up. Once fedex is actually involved to the point where they've been called and show a tracking page that recognizes the tracking number....things are moving in the right direction.
    Then the next hump to get over is...will it actually get picked up that day....or not until a later date? But at least it looks pretty good that it made it through the pharmacy stage and that they're not out of stock or back-ordered.

    Once it gets picked up...at least for me...the next hump is will it fly out of Memphis? Because if that happens, it's always been a done deal. Until it makes it out of Memphis....I'm leery I'll get it that day.

    Nothing worse than having the original shipper (where your package was picked up) be about an hour's drive from you....then fedex picks it up and sends it all the way to Memphis...bad weather...and it's stuck in Memphis....a loooong, loooong way from you....way farther away than the place they originally picked it up from. Or gets stuck there due to plane trouble.....or somehow gets mis-routed to some hub or substation you never heard of before because the plane had problems and couldn't make it to Memphis.
    But once it's left Memphis...it's all good. Then it's headed to their Philly sorting facility....and not all that far from me. I've never had any problem happen once it's left Memphis.
    Just watch....now I've jinxed myself and this order will get picked up, make it out of Memphis but then break down on the way to Philly and end-up side-tracked somewhere for an additional day. Just kidding but that would be typical of my kinda luck.

    That bevy123456 really threw me when she posted that she'd ordered from goodcents on Thursday (the 10th), shipped on Friday the 11th and received her order on Saturday the 12th....even though she'd only ordered and paid for 2 day shipping. I don't know where the heck that fits in. Except for her (and I'm assuming it's a her...I could be wrong and if I am, I apologize).....they seem to generally be getting to the orders in the order in which they were placed.....isn't that the way it looks to you?
    I don't know what to make of what she posted here.

    Just checked....still not picked-up yet. Crap...I hate when this happens.

    Well maybe that person did get there package, who knows, we wernt there so I dont know, just like goodcents being up & running for you but Its not for me - I dont know why, I dont like to say someone is lying without 100% proof because we just dont know

    Also when the tracking # shows up on the fedex website, thats not a guarantee or does that mean all is ok, like I said before the tracking # may be a dead 1 & until its actually picked up then its A-ok

    How much time do we have here... 5hrs &10 minutes to maybe see some movement LOL

    Hoping for the best but really not expecting anything to be honest , only time will tell & hoping that time will tell us YAY they are shipping

    I had placed an order at myscriptsrx several days after the goodcents order just as an experiment to try and assess if it was only a goodcents problem (this would have been towards the end of the week....maybe Thursday?). When I placed it, the goodcents site was saying that my order was "assigned to pharmacy" for several days and never went any further than that.

    So let me...just for the heck of it....go and check out the myscripts site. I had sent a "contact us" message to cancel when my goodcents order showed signs of moving again on Saturday.....so I'm gonna run and check that site and will be right back and let you know what it says. Hold on. BRB.

    EDIT: Hehehe....still says "assigned to customer service".....and absolutely no response to my please cancel message or anything. I've never really had to use their customer service....as the surepharmacy sites have always seemed so reliable....and fast. But.....customer service has either never been all that great...in terms of getting a response.....or else they are so backed up that everything is just a big mass of confusion today........which certainly is not helping me be less worried about this order being in the bag.....as far as being completed and shipped.

    BTW, starluk......when I go to the status page at goodcentsrx.....my order (at goodcents) says that processing is complete and status is "shipped". Does yours say the same thing at medsvianet?
    I have this obsession with puzzles....and anything can be a puzzle for me....which this situation is becoming for me. I love to try and figure things out with clues.
    Now I'm getting kinda caught up with what's going on with this situation, what happened, why...etc. Just love puzzles. Love to take a bunch of facts/clues and try to figure out what happened and what's going on.
    Plus....it distracts me from worrying that the fedex tracking page isn't moving.

    I placed an order on the 8th, cancelled it, tried again on the 10th,still nothing, cancelled that one and tried again on the 12th, still nothing, no responses to emails, messages nothing. Thank goodness I read this review thread or I would still be waiting. Nice to let customers know that they are down for some reason. Their customer service sucks. I will try medsvianet and see what I can do.

    As a further update, my order at Scripts COD is still stuck in customer service. I hope that it's true, that they are just trying to get through the backlog of orders, because their prices are some of the most competitive online for tramadol, and I appreciate any vendor that gives reliable overnight service.

    Sigh, I'm waiting as well with you guys. If you're going through tramadol w/ds, my heart goes out to you....that stuff is no joke!

    If you read through the last few pages of this thread, all the surepharmacy affiliates apparently stopped shipping for at least last week and nothing moved on the status pages for days. Now...people are starting to see some movement....but so far...except for this bevy123456.....nobody has actually gotten to the point of having an order picked up by fedex yet. That's about as far as anyone has gotten so far. And the different affiliate sites seem to be catching up on different schedules and at different rates. Quite confusing. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed here and just have no idea what's actually happening yet.....or what to believe.
