10mg should get anyone not currently taking stimulants 'high.' Increasing the dosage will increase the high as well as risk of harmful side effects which include psychosis, coma, and death. Adderall has caused a number of deaths. Anti-acids like tums can increase the obsorbtion in the stomach/intestines and retention in the blood. However, even with people who take it regularly, taking more than what is prescribed with "a few tums" have caused overdoses.
