Adderall and pregancy???? If a male takes Adderall how does that affect their chances of getting a girl preg

does it make the sperm slower swimmers?

Don't depend on it to make it safe to have unprotected sex. If it has any effect at all, it will be negligible, and you can still get a girl pregnant.
