How long will at 20mg instant release adderall last me
its 5pm already, i want to be able to sleep tonight.

my husbadn takes 10mg and finds that it helps him sleep - he however has add. If i take one of his for an upper - I can't sleep at all. typical affects usually last 6 to 8 hours
