Ginko Biloba increases circulation to the brain and results in imporvement of memory and alertness. However these effects will barely be comparable to Adderall because it such a powerful drug. You can probably get a ginko supplement at any vitamin store. If your looking for anything besides Adderall Ritalin works just as well but its still a prescription.
