I'm having hot and cold flashes from Adderall

I started taking a new dose, 25 mg of Adderall. I took it at 7 am and for the entire day I was fine until around 8 pm, I started to get really hot. My entire face was burning. And then I got really cold the next minute. So it was about 12 hours before I started to get these "flashes". Can anybody give me an explanation for why this is happening?
