How do you eliminate the crash when coming down from Adderall/Ritalin

Every time I take Adderall or Ritalin, I get so angry and depressed when I start to crash and it's really a problem for me.
Anyone know any ways to eliminate this? Or any tips to make it seem less noticeable? Thanks!
