I took adderall last night for the very first time and today i had a doc appointment and my bloodpressure was high could it be from this one time use of adderall

possibly, was your pulse high? Get it checked again on one of those machines or something, see if it's still high.

If the doctor didn't make a big deal over it, it's probably fine.

One thing i can advise you though....

don't snort it, take it orally. You don't wanna get addicted now do you?
