Hi, my friend tonight goes a little overboard sometimes. He took 45mg Adderall instant release last night at 10pm, then the same thing again at 2:30am. I've been trying to tell him that effects of Adderall last longer than just the time it effects your mental state. We were debating how long does that much Adderall still effect your body. I figured from the last 2:30am dose, mental effects would be gone by 10am the latest. The effects on heart rate and blood pressure I wasn't sure of. Does anyone know how long until heart rate and blood pressure return to normal from the 2:30am dose? Thanks
That is a lot of Adderall, to take that close together. 45mg by itself, is not a dose to play with. 45mg alone, would spin me for quite a while. I would expect it to take about 10 1/2 hours after the 2:30 dose, for it all to leave his system, and his body to calm down. The guy needs to take Idiot Control, instead. Or, go to a therapist.
