I take medicine for ADHD and one time I accidentally took a double dose. for that entire day I felt as if all of my energy was intensely focused on one activity at a time. It was a rush. I'd guess it would be similar for someone with no symptoms of ADHD.

At 3mg maybe a little faster heartbeat but at such a low dose I doubt anything too extreme. 30mg is a bit different. That's a pretty high dose for someone w/out ADD or ADHD so it will probably make them extremely anxious, cause a very fast heart beat, talking fast and maybe even a little bit frantic. It depends entirely on the individual but I would guess this is a pretty accurate description.

Adderall effects those with ADHD differently than those without ADHD. She will probably get a little high and have intense focus. The side effects will also kick in and she will not feel hungry for the several hours that the drug is in her system.

However, she has a much higher chance of getting addicted to it and also really messing up her brain chemistry.

She is also doing a few illegal things in the process. Drug testing will catch it too.

Wow, that is a LOT. I have ADD (diagnosed by a doctor) and was prescribed 15mg of Adderall twice a day, and that was waay too much for me. I felt terrible. I'm on 7.5 mg twice a day. That girl you know must either have a very high tolerance or else is feeling terribly ill!

People abuse it to lose weight and also to keep their energy levels up, generally so they can study for long periods of time or something along those lines. You lose weight because it supresses your appetite a lot.

If you do not have ADD or ADHD then Adderall acts as a stimulant. In other words speed.
