Why isn't Concerta working for me
I am a 19yr old female, about 120 lbs, and have started taking concerta to treat my ADHD, after taking one 18mg, I felt absolutely no difference, and even after a second, still no difference. Can anyone offer me any sort of advice or explanation? Thanks.

Are you taking the extended release (once/day in AM?)?
If you are you may need a higher dose.
Give it a week. Be aware if your thinking has slowed down at all, etc.
After that call your MD & tell him you don't feel any difference.

Good luck
