I'd like to know NC states laws on importation of schedule 1 drugs
most of the links do not work on the map. i can not view the laws in my state. is there any other source?
I live in tennessee and would like to know the laws...
This link shows Marijuana laws for states. Fascinating, I hope the link works
State By State Laws - NORML
Although my state of North Dakota has one of the lowest populations.
We are pioneers in the outlaw of many substances.
Such as salvia, we were among the first to criminalize it.
And now all of the fake marijuana products are being outlawed.
I think the state gov. is just bored because of such a small population and just looks for things to do!
A year from now you may wish you had started today

Wow that was a lot of reading for sweet home alabama. i am still not sure i understand some of (lawyer speak), but I do get the gist of it. Thank you for this page.
Lots of reading for my state, I am a law student and I think they did a good job on accurately describing the state law where I am, from what I understand it to be anyway.
Greetings to all the wise, wild but wonderful members of PR. Yup. My first post (the "vets" can smell them a mile away!).
I can't see the state regs yet, but I wondered if alcohol, tobacco and various forms of porn are included? Plus, how can states or the feds criminalize things like Salvia, which is basically a weed and grows where & when it pleases. In addition, all this "bed checking" of US citizens isn't free and didn't we reach our debt (haha!) limit last week? Where is this $$$ coming from?

I'm late to the game, but here's another one saying the links don't work to the individual states. I clicked on my state and got a 404. Same with the other states as well. Perhaps there's another good place that shows this information on a state-by-state basis? If I find one, I'll post it.
ETA: http://www.nascsa.org/stateProfiles.htm This is a map. (Yep, I'm quick.) Clicking on a state gets you a list of relevant links.

Can anyone point me to some good resources regarding Florida laws regarding receiving drugs in the mail, both domestically and abroad? All the links I have tried on this thread are deader than kelsey's... Thanks a bunch.
Also, came across an interesting article this morning in my travels:

Hmm, the link to my page doesn't work. Oh well, I guess that means everything is legal!!

This map was/is VERY useful. I will say however, as much as we all may hate going there..lol...The most up to date information and detail regarding changes in the schedules and control levels of most "Chemicals" can be found on the DEA website.
This is especially true when it comes to chemicals that are commonly used as "Precursors" for the manufacturer of drugs such as Methamphetamine.
It's really amazing though, I mean a 1000 chemists must be looking at this stuff on a 24/7 basis, as there are so many restricted chemicals, I consider myself fairly educated in the matter, and most of these I have never even heard of or had a clue as to their use.
Best regards,
Spyder
PS: I would like to add that it seems that now, there is a strong push to regulate/outlaw many of the ethnobiotanicals such as Salvia, kratom, etc that are currently perfectly legal, but walk the fence when it comes to determining it's legality.
All the best...

Connecticut?
The link to Texas just sends you to the Texas Legislature Online so I guess if you want current voting info its somewhat helpful. I tried the link to Tennessee but it doesn't work. Good try though.
I wouldn't be so harsh but this thread comes from an "administrator."
This link is very helpful, @lucid_nicole. Cool map, too. Thanks!

I know North Carolina used to be okay and otherwise have no issues with OPs, but they'd updated the laws a few years back, although I'm not sure how any of that reads really (not a legally literate type unfortunately.)
If anyone has any recent experiences (aka: any other tarheels out there), please feel free to contact me. Proactive thanks to all!
