So I have a question. I noticed that there is a Medstore-online and a MedStore-onlineUS which are 2 different sites. I did order from MedStore-onlineUS and it was shipped 4/16 and I am still waiting. Anyone know the difference?

segustafson, these pharmacies are absolutely different and do not connect to each other. I asked them about it and they told me that some customers sometimes really mix them up however they have nothing to do with each other

So I am guessing since I ordered from meddtore-online US this is different from the one everyone else ordered from? Does anyone know if medstore-online US is ok? I don't know if I am jumping the gun because they did say 7-10 days when i rodered and today is day 10, but when I checked order times they said 7-21 days so maybe I just have to wait longer? Any thoughts or experiences good or bad?

Ordered from medstore online on 04-15. Notified on 04-16 that they will not process master card. reordered using visa. Call from visa that a "******** unauthorized something or other" had charged to my card. Approved the charge with Visa. Received notification on 04-19 that it shipped and that I would be receiving a tracking number. Still no tracking number, and no product. In e-mails the responder is goldenpharma, and I've read funky things about them. They keep saying to check back in a few days, they haven't been able to locate my tracking number, but that the order was shipped. So, should I be worried about the goldenpharma connection? This happen to anyone else? And what is the average time it is taking your shipments to arrive? I was hoping 2 weeks, and that it would arrive on 04-30, but now not so hopeful

Hi new here and have a couple of questions. Hope this doesn't post twice, because I tried a few minutes ago and it didn't work. So I ordered on 04-15, on 04-16 was notified that they can't process Mastercard, so ordered with Visa. Visa called to tell me I had a suspicious use ********, I approved the purchase. On 04-19 I received notification that product shipped and that I'd be receiving a tracking number. Even though I ordered through medstore online, I'm receiving communications from goldenpharma which I've read bad things about. I followed up and they still tell me that the order shipped but they cannot located my tracking number, and to check back in a few days. I was hoping for a shipping time of 2 weeks from order date so was thinking I might receive on 04-30, but not feeling very confident right now. Any thoughts? Anyone else have communications from goldenpharma after ordering from medstore online, and what are the times for shipping that you have been experiencing?

@cat2, its probably too early to panic yet. I recommend reading some of the older posts to get a feel for how long others have waited. It wouldn't be a bad idea to say hey in the Introductions section either. ; )

I'll say hi in the intro section per your recommendation. Thanks....have to figure out where that is...also, I have read a number of posts, and see a big variance in delivery times from 7 days to 3 weeks or a month. That may perhaps be because some folks are in Europe or other areas and some in US. I'm in the US, and maybe delivery here takes the longest???? I think my bigger concern was the responses coming from goldenpharma....I'm still wondering if anyone else experienced that...I'm wondering if I went to the wrong medstore online somehow and was redirected to goldenpharma in which case I may never see my product. The original responses (with confirmation and invoice came from prestashop, and then the further responses via e-mail were goldenpharma. They did provide a phone number and do respond back quickly by e-mail so perhaps I'll call them on Monday.

I figured out that I accidentally ordered from medstore-online US. Don't know how, but I know I've read in here somewhere about someone's experience with that pharmacy. Don't know if I'll receive my order or not, but if I don't, I guess I can contest the charge with my credit card company, right? I see that medstore-online doesn't have the exact medication that I wanted anyway, so...not sure what to do next. I guess just wait and see.

I read in the medstore-online forum where a poster was asking about medstore-online/US. They told him that wasn't the same as medstore-online and to start a separate thread, but I don't see where he did that, so I thought I would. That same thing happened to me. I meant to go to medstore-online, but ended up ordering from medstore-online/US. I'm still waiting, order was to be shipped on 04-19 and I've got confirmation, but never received a tracking number. They keep responding to my e-mails, assuring me that it shipped, but that my tracking number cannot be located. I'm wondering if I'll ever receive my order. Also, the confirmation responses were from prestashop and the e-mails I've received are from goldenpharma which I've read isn't a very good/reliable source. Anyone have experience with this? I'll post again if/when I receive my product and will advise (if I receive it) if it seems to be the real thing.

I think you are referring to my post and I am going throught the same thing. Preata Shop and Goldenpharma sent me an e-mail saying it was shipped 4/16, but they do not have a confirmation number. I am still waiting. I don't know if I shopuld file a fraud claim or not because now I see they posted a delivery time of 7-21 days. I would like to know if anyone else has used them?

Do you live in US or Europe? Yours supposedly shipped on 16th, mine on 19th. Did you pay with CC or money transfer? If mine does not arrive in 3 weeks (by 05-10), I will dispute through my credit card company. I'll tell the CC company that product not received. My CC company is very good, so they'll probably credit me my money back and will hassle the company. I would suggest you do the same, if possible. I'm more miffed now because they've stopped responding to my e-mails. Initially they would respond each time and apologize for not yet providing the tracking #. The last 3 times I've e-mailed, once every couple of days, there is no response. There is a phone number, and I'll try calling that tomorrow. It looks like (from area code) that the number is a Michigan number. I find that hard to believe, but I'll try it tomorrow. I'll post if I get any response. Let me know if you receive your shipment or have any response from them. Good luck. Even though it's not even 2 weeks, I've kind of given up already....especially with the lack of communication. I don't have much faith we'll receive our orders, but I could be wrong.

Just an update:

Following my phone call this morning I received an e-mail response with a tracking number. No explanation of what I plug that tracking # into to actually see if there is movement on the shipment. E-mail said that (as they had previously said) product was shipped on 04-19 and is expected to take from 10-14 days from that date to arrive. Hmmm, we'll see. Fourteen days would be tomorrow. My hopes are still not high, but they did respond. Sergustafson, did you receive your shipment?

Lately, the USPS tracking has been terrible. I have had letters read "origin post is preparing shipment" up till the day it arrived at my door. The items just aren't being scanned. I hope this helps.

Hmmm, was it medstore-online or medstore-online/US? They seem to be separate and different? There is a thread for medstore-online and they seem (from what I read on the thread to be fairly reliable (but expensive). That's why I tried them, but I accidentally ended up ordering from medstore-online/US. So tell me, please, if you could....did you get as much from them as receiving a tracking #? And were you able to get your money back from credit card once you never received your order? Thanks

Thanks for that....I thought I had read that somewhere on here as well. We shall see. I opened a separate thread for medstore-online/US and someone posted on there a bit ago that they ordered 2 months ago and never received order!!??? I guess it's a bit of a cr*p shoot, plus it seems that most of what I've read is that medstore-online is pretty reliable, and my order is coming (because of my naivete) from medstore-online/US, not as well spoke of, it seems. Oh, well, will hope for the best, and will advise if order is ever received and if so the quality of the product, which, if it should arrive is still in doubt. As I said, this is such a cr*p shoot....I hate it.

I didn't pay attention to the URL you posted the other day. I just used the USPS tracking, but I just now tried it. It appears that my product was received and prepped for shipping in India on 05-01, so maybe it is actually going to eventually arrive. I had thought it would be coming from Romania. Very confusing. I have a bit more confidence now that it may actually arrive at some point. I'm glad to hear you received half of your order anyway, and that it seems to be up to your standards, right? Hopefully the rest will arrive soon.
