Default If you're shipping from within the US

Let's dispel one myth right now -- There is no statute of limitations on interstate trafficking of drugs:

Here's your link: Criminal Resource Manual 2186 Memorandum of Understanding -- Investigatory Authority and Procedures of Treasury and Justice Bureaus and the Postal Service Under 18 U.S.C. §1956 and 1957

This is a real threat to your freedom ladies and gents...be careful out there.

Legitimate domestic OLPs and foreign OLPs I know nothing about.

United pharmacy meds is really expensive. I know it's inside the US but there are certainly better prices out there than those.

In my experience the people that use the US-based pharmacies are the ones that didn't do enough research, are looking for BI-type meds exclusively or just don't know what they're doing.

Now, of course, some people do know what's going on. And if they're in that sort of position, they presumably will be able to research pricing across the board.

Not sure why I wrote all this because in essence I completely agree with you.

United pharmacy meds has many ripped off customers complaining on the site called,check-affiliate program.com. Just another reason not to trust anyone in US selling controlled meds without f2f with doctor.Online doctors are not legally giving prescriptions for controlled meds. Only BI sites will ship inside US, therefore buyers are not importing drugs, even though money is sent to Mexico.

I've never heard of anyone being prosecuted for ordering meds from Mex., Pakistan (Osama's Pharmacy & Malt Shop has closed btw), India or any other country. But if they wanted to push it, they could follow the money trail and prove that you were in fact importing prescription meds. They're just not going to waste the man power and resources required to nab people ordering 120 ritalin or 90 vicodin once a month. Nonetheless, I still use ****mail(based in Canada, the US gov. can't just say give us your server logs) and if I use an IOP it's one that ships from a EU friendly country like the UK or France since India and a few others will throw red flags at customs. And in all the years I've been doing this I have yet to see a stateside pharmacy sell controlled meds without a prescription. Even if 10 people swore on a stack PDR's that they knew of one, I still wouldn't believe it was anything but a scam.

I always get my controlled meds from ******** vendors. In the past 2 years i have ordered about 25 times from foreign pharmacies, including India. I have not had any problems with customs. although it may take up to 3 weeks to receive the order. I have only used cc. I have not ordered from the u.s. or Canada because they all seem to want a presciption from a DR. I also have never used wu or mg, because i guess i am so paranoid of getting ripped off. Maybe in the future I will use these services once i get more quality information from the great people on this site of legit vendors that only accept wu or mg.

One day the mail man and the UPS guy were in my workplace at the same time. I thought I would ask them if they ever heard of a controlled delivery for meds. They both said no,and I am wondering if the DEA only messes with large quantity med orders and not the small stuff. Most likely they only go after the online pharmacies and not the buyers. Maybe I am wrong,I just do not know.

    Question Junior Member

QUESTIONS for those using pharmacies in the US
    1. have you found that the quality of meds are every bit as good as the meds you've received from ********, or Mexico?
    2. What are these pharmacies typically asking for in terms of payment, i.e, credit card, MG, WU, etc.
    3. Does anyone want to sum up a list of pros vs. cons when ordering from a pharmacy such as those being discussed here. Thanks in advance. Slamslam

I must have missed it because i read over that link and i could not find the part that said there was no statute of limitations. It may be there, i just could not find it. The only crimes i know of with no statute of limitations are murder and income tax evasion. This would be the third category but i'd like to read the language of it.

I read it over, too, and I also could not find anything about statute of limitations. For those of us who do not read legalese, could someone quote the relevant passage or passages? Thank you!

'(still use ****mail(based in Canada, the US gov. can't just say give us your server logs)'

    http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/showthread.php?t=349758

Remember when this happened in (I think 2004?) THEY DID.
It's very long and only part of it is pasted here.

********, a longtime provider of encrypted web-based email, markets itself by saying that "not even a ******** employee with access to our servers can read your encrypted e-mail, since each message is uniquely encoded before it leaves your computer."

But it turns out that statement seems not to apply to individuals targeted by government agencies that are able to convince a Canadian court to serve a court order on the company.
A September court document (.pdf) from a federal prosecution of alleged steroid dealers reveals the Canadian company turned over 12 CDs worth of e-mails from three ******** accounts, following a court order obtained through a mutual assistance treaty between the U.S. and Canada. The charging document alleges that many Chinese wholesale steroid chemical providers, underground laboratories and steroid retailers do business over ********.

The court revelation demonstrates a privacy risk in a relatively-new, simple webmail offering by ********, which the company acknowledges is less secure than its signature product.

A subsequent and refreshingly frank e-mail interview with ********'s CTO seems to indicate that government agencies can also order their way into individual accounts on ********'s ultra-secure web-based e-mail service, which relies on a browser-based Java encryption engine.

Since its debut in 1999, ******** has dominated a unique market niche for highly-secure webmail with its innovative, client-side encryption engine.

******** uses industry-standard cryptographic and encryption protocols (OpenPGP and AES 256) to scramble the contents of messages stored on their servers. They also host the public key needed for other people using encrypted email services to send secure messages to a ******** account.

The first time a ******** user logs on, his browser downloads a Java applet that takes care of the decryption and encryption of messages on his computer, after the user types in the right passphrase. So messages reach ********'s server already encrypted. The Java code also decrypts the message on the recipient's computer, so an unencrypted copy never crosses the internet or hits ********s servers.

In this scenario, if a law enforcement agency demands all the e-mails sent to or from an account, ******** can only turn over the scrambled messages since it has no way of reversing the encryption.
