i have a friend who is hooked on crack and somas. i would love to help her....

...can anyone tell me how? i have know this woman for almost 20 years. her husband recently died, and she is having a hard time dealing with the death. she has been smoking crack and taking somas up to 10+ a day. how can i help her get off these drugs, and start coping with the death of her husband?
