Is Xanax and Zoloft combined with the vitamin Biotin harmful?

There's a warning label on the Xanax saying if you're going to mix it with any herbal or dietary supplements to please consult your doctor, but I haven't and I'm a little worried because it's been making me feel bad. I know you're supposed to, but I didn't know until just know how harmful the mixture can be, such as taking echinacea while using tylenol can severely damage your liver. so does anyone know anything about this? Can anyone tell me if this is a bad combination? (fyi I'm going to stop taking the vitamin until I talk with my doctor but I'd like to hear if anyone knows, I know there are books and such on the subject)

It is always good to consult your doctor first before taking any medications, especially if you are already taking one. With Biotin, I haven't found any adverse reaction that occurs between those two although it does not totally mean that there is none. As I said, it is truly for the best to ask your doctor.
