Anyone lost weight taking Zoloft or Lexapro

I started taking Lexapro about two months ago then changed to Zoloft a month later. I know in general antidepressants are supposed to cause weight gain but I've lost 15 pounds since I started. I'm a skinny girl to begin with and the doctor didn't seem concerned about it. Anyone else experienced this?
