i'm about to start taking xanax for my anxiety. each pill is .5mg.?

if there are people out there who are also taking xanax, do you take it twice a day or three times a day. i know everyone is different but i just wanted to know how often most people take xanax or how many times a day do you take a pill. i also know people are on different amount of milligrams. i think my doctor said probably twice a day.

you can do it twice a day or whenever u feel anxiety coming on. it will even help u sleep at night
