if you have taken either drug for anxiety, which drug helps you morexanax or valium

and how many milligrams do you take for whichever one you take or whichever one you recommend? and how many pills a day do you take? and last which is better with the side effects? i know every person is diff but u get an idea of what's best when you get a lot of answers from people.
