If I'm on probation and I'm prescribed Xanax, should I be worried about...

...taking a Valium? I just started probation and they have only given my one urine test and I just had it done a few days ago. My prescription for Xanax ran out and I need something to sleep, so a friend gave me a couple 10mg Valiums. The other issue is I have to go to a drug evaluation that will be sometime soon (I don't know what day exactly) and if they have me take a drug test then they will report their findings to my probation officer.
