Question about SOMA concert venue in San Diego

you know how they usually sell tickets for concerts online on the soma website? well if they happened to have a concert that WASN'T selling tickets online for whatever reason, how would i be able to get tickets? could i just go to soma on ANY day before the concert, and ask to purchase them at the little booth? i don't really know if i can do that.. so, can i?

oh, and if they aren't selling tickets online it doesn't mean that the concert is sold out (unless it says).
