Why don't Xanax (bars) affect me?

When my friends and I try to take Xanax (four bars) to have some fun, why do my friends get messed up and feel drunk and I don't? I know it is not good to take medication that I am not prescribed to, and the risks involved.

I have taken over 8mg to try to get this feeling when most only have to take 4mg, and nothing. I am a skinny guy, 5'9 and 160lbs..

If anyone can shed some light I would appreciate it!

i dunno why they don't work on you, but please be careful my bro is 5'11 and weighs 190 and he was addicted to bars... he had to be taken off of xanax slowly if not he would have had a stroke and he is only 21!!!

Why dont you ask a doctor?
