Anyone taking Topamax,Xanax and Welbutrin together?

I am taking 50 mg of Topamax twice a day for headache/mild migraines and mood stabilizer/ 150 twice a day of Wellbutrin for my depression and .5 mg xanax twice a day if needed for for my anxiety. I actually feel wonderful, however i think i want my doctor to up the dose of my xanax because i was only suppose to take the xanax if i was having a anxity attack but just decided to take it with my welbutrin and topomax at the same time of the day. But i felt later in the evening i felt overwelmed and anxious. Has anyone felt this way? Anyone been on these combinations of meds? Anyone gain weight with just xanax alone???

You should not be taking the Xanax unless you actually feel you need it. Save it for when you are actually having the panic attack. If you continue to take it the way you are now and keep increasing the dose you will become addicted to it (if you're not already) and need to take more and more of it.

It's possible that being on Xanax alone may cause you to gain some weight as it is a sedative and you may tend to be less active when taking it. But with the meds you're on now, Topamax and Welbutrin, you should be able to lose weight.

Don't get addicted to Xanax. I once had a perscription for it and Welbutran too. It's easy to think it's helping when it's just making you an addict. 2mg is the most you hsould take at a time and that s the highest they normally make it in for each dose. Xanax normally make people loose weight.
