weaning off of zoloft did you go back on

i was taking 50mg for about a year, and now i'm on 25mg for a month till it's done. i've noticed that i''m getting really sleepy during the day, and was wondering if anyone had this experience. also, has anyone successfully taken zoloft and then not had to go back on it later? i feel much less anxious when i take it, but i dont want to be on it the rest of my life.
