Topamax, Inderal, and Zoloft
I take inderal 20 mg (once in the morning and once at night) and topamax 25 mg (at night.) Just started Zoloft 50 mg, says take once a day but I want to know when I should take it?

I think it's typical to take this in the morning, especially if it has a tendancy to cause insomnia, so the further away from bed time you take it, the better. Some ADs cause drowsiness, in which case you take them at night with the added benefit of helping you sleep. I think Zoloft is one that you want to take in the morning.
