Took one time unprescribed phentermine(a group of Amphetamins)10 days before

preemployment test.Will I fail? Only one time and 30 mg of phentermine. (usually used as a diet pill)
Also I drank 6 bottles of beer 12 hours before pre employment test. I will be working as a secretary. Will they check the alcohol percentage in my urine?
