why don't you talk to someone instead of asking us how to kill yourself?

the truth is the lethal dose of any drug is different for everybody. I don't know about valium in particullar, but mixing alchohol and drugs general increases the effects of both. Often to the point where you will have no idea what is going on (like a "rufie"). It isn't necessarily lethal, but it can be with certain drugs.

They'll take you to the hospital and pump your stomach
and you will likely recover.
They used to have heavy Barbituates Like Seconal
where if you took 20 it was lights out permanently.
Dr's realized this so they invented the benzos
so people couldn't OD.
You don't want to die.
